Sanibel Island Rental Information

I will verify your dates with Blind Pass and email you with a special 800 number for Blind Pass. You will call them and they will take your deposit via credit card and handle any special requests you may have. You will pay them the balance by check ten days prior to arrival. It's that easy! In order to book a reservation you will be charged a $35 non-refundable booking fee. Most resorts on Sanibel charge this fee. Additionally, you will pay $300 or 20% of the rental, whichever is more, as a security deposit. For long in-season rentals, the security deposit is 10% of the rental amount. If you need to cancel, you will be charged $25 if the cancellation is at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. This is in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival unless the property is re-rented. These are the normal policies for all condos on Sanibel. My rates are not valid with Sanibel Sunshine Certificates because they are already discounted. |
