Spend your days enjoying the many activities available just outside your door -- beach combing, swimming, tennis, biking, shelling…just to mention a few. Maybe begin your day along the beach. Grab a paddle and canoe or kayak along the tidal lagoon. Catch a fishing charter or rent a boat and explore the many mangrove islands surrounding Sanibel. At days end, enjoy a spectacular sunset as porpoise play in the glistening waters.

Check out the  Rental Calendar and Rates to be sure we are available for your time slot.  Check and verify the rental rate.  Click here to use my contact form and send me your desired dates and any other questions. You can also call me at 231.675.5788 if you prefer. I will verify your dates with Blind Pass and email you with a special 800 number for Blind Pass.  You will call them and they will take your deposit via credit card and handle any special requests you may have.  You will pay them the balance by check ten days prior to arrival.  It's that easy!
 

In order to book a reservation you will be charged a $35 non-refundable booking fee.  Most resorts on Sanibel charge this fee.  Additionally, you will pay $300 or 20% of the rental, whichever is more, as a security deposit.  For long in-season rentals, the security deposit is 10% of the rental amount.

  • Maximum occupancy 6 persons.
  • 10% discount for stays of four weeks or more
  • Normal rental by week (Saturday to Saturday).
  • This is a non-smoking unit.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
  • Visa/Master Card accepted for deposit

If you need to cancel, you will be charged $25 if the cancellation is at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.   This is in addition to the non-refundable booking fee.  Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival unless the property is re-rented. These are the normal policies for all condos on Sanibel.
