Important Notes on Rates

Blind Pass and other Sanibel resorts all charge extra fees above the listed rate.  Whether you rent from me or someone else the following fees will be added:

1.      $35 non-refundable booking fee.  This is assessed by all Sanibel resorts.

2.      $55.50 Linen Fee.  This is a fee added at Blind Pass.  I have dropped my rates as a result.  Owners used to pay this and now they have shifted it to the renters.

3.      11% State and Local tax.  This applies to everything except the linen fee.

4.    We do not accept Blind Pass Sunshine Certificates as we have already discounted our rate.

5.   I absorb the cleaning fee.

Many of us have fought with the Board of Directors at Blind Pass to have everything except tax included in the rate.  So far they have not agreed.
